We are based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with delivery options available across the city and surrounding areas. Whether you're in the city center or outer regions, we can deliver the car to your preferred location.
02.What locations do you deliver cars to?
We deliver cars to many locations across Abu Dhabi, including major areas like Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Khalifa City, Al Reem Island, and Mussafah. We also deliver to popular malls such as Abu Dhabi Mall, Marina Mall, Yas Mall, and more.
03.What documents do I need to rent a car?
For UAE residents, you will need: A valid UAE driving license. Emirates ID. For tourists, the following are required: Passport copy Visit visa International driving license (or a driving license from your home country if applicable).
04.Is there a minimum age to rent a car?
Yes, the minimum age for renting a car is 21 years old. There is no higher age limit for any of our car models.
05.How do I book a car online?
To book a car online: Visit our [Booking Page]. Select your preferred vehicle. Choose your pick-up and drop-off dates and locations. Complete the booking by providing your personal details. Once your booking is confirmed, we will deliver the car to your chosen location.
06.Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Please contact us for modifications or cancellation on your booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
07.Do you offer long-term car rentals?
Yes, we offer flexible long-term rental options. Whether you need a car for a month or longer, we can provide you with a suitable package that meets your needs at competitive rates.

09.Are there any additional charges?
The rental fee covers the basic rental cost. However, additional charges may apply for: Extra mileage beyond the limit Delivery or pick-up outside of standard locations Traffic fines incurred during the rental period Optional accessories (such as GPS or child seats)
10.Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, all of our cars are fully insured. The rental price includes comprehensive insurance, providing you with peace of mind throughout your rental period.
11.What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
In case of an accident, please contact the police immediately and obtain a police report, which is required for insurance claims. For breakdowns, contact our customer service, and we will arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
12.Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement. They must meet the same requirements as the primary driver and will need to provide their driving license and identification.
13.What is the fuel policy?
Our fuel policy is flexible. We provide the car with a full tank of fuel, and we request that it is returned with the same amount. If not, a refueling charge will apply.
14.Do you offer child seats or GPS?
Yes, we offer additional accessories such as child seats and GPS navigation devices. Please request these at the time of booking, and we will provide them for an additional fee.
